Stephen Bordelon, Principal
Prior to AOC Oncology, Stephen Bordelon served as Executive Vice President for Aptium Oncology for 10 years where he was responsible for strategic initiatives including business development, corporate strategy and consulting. In his first 7 years, Aptium increased revenues from $195 million to $400 million. He structured and negotiated business relationships with physicians and hospitals and he oversaw physician recruitment and contracting for the network. After joining Aptium in 1992, Bordelon held a number of positions including vice president, operations where he led the Company's successful transition to OPPS reimbursement and was responsible for the Company's revenue cycle function. He was a project lead for the selection and implementation of enterprise wide IT systems in the late 90s and acting chief financial officer for an Aptium-owned specialty hospital after serving as finance director at various cancer centers. Prior to Aptium, Bordelon held a regional financial leadership position with Pharmacy Corporation of America, a subsidiary of Beverly Enterprises, and a controllership position for a subsidiary of Foote, Cone & Belding. A graduate of Louisiana State University, he practiced as a Certified Public Accountant for five years in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Michele Bollinger, Principal
Michele Bollinger has worked in the field of oncology for the past 20 years, providing consulting and management services to cancer centers, hospitals, hospitals systems and physician practices across the United States and internationally. Her experience includes strategic planning, developing feasibility studies, facilitating physician-hospital transactions, conducting market and program assessments, facility planning as well as program development and marketing. She served as Vice President at Aptium Oncology from 1998 through 2011, with responsibility for developing new business relationships, leading large scale consulting projects, and managing the Company's corporate marketing and public relations efforts. Bollinger received an MBA with Honors from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree from UCSD.

Myra Fouts, RN, MSN, OCN, EDAC, NE-A, Principal
From 2013 to 2014, Fouts held the position of Vice President of Oncology Services for Community Health Network in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, she was responsible for creating a cohesive oncology service line across six hospital sites in the Indianapolis metropolitan area including new cancer center construction, new clinical program development, physician recruitment, process improvement and program integration – all with a singular focus on enhancing the patient experience. From 1992 through 2011, Fouts held a variety of clinical and administrative roles within Aptium Oncology and Cedars-Sinai Outpatient Cancer Center. She served as Vice President of Medical Affairs for Aptium Oncology, working with the business development team on consulting projects and supporting operations and medical affairs with the company’s ongoing operations. Fouts’ areas of expertise include space planning, staffing plans and clinical program design. Fouts presents nationally on the topic of cancer center design. She received her Masters of Nursing Administration from the University of Missouri and is credentialed in oncology, advanced nursing administration and evidence-based design.
